1.Start by choosing pictures with a strong focal point and theme.A fantastic focal point is an element of a layout that gets your attention and says, “Look here first!” It expresses the visual hierarchy of a pages.In design, you might speculate, simplicity is the best visual antidote.Our eyes and brains desire order. Choose 1 ~8 x 10 or 11 x 20 photo.Center of attention should be on your photos!Use candid and on a daily basis images that have a given statement.
2.Feel free to view our list of premade titles that can you save you time!Don’t feel like being carefully about aligning and spacing out all eight letters in “remember” using letter stickers? Not in the mood to search for a cool title font that fits the theme of your page?Instead, we have made the decision making easier by putting together our premade product, and stick it to your page in one simple step. 3.Don’t be afraid to kick up the basics.Use a few photographs with a couple of die cuts bought at the scrapbooking supply store. Add a die-cut journaling tag or card and “presto” your done. Tip: Placing a title or embellishment on or near the focal shot also draws attention to it.Look for the nonvital picture areas where you can write in dates or small accents, or place part of your title right on top of your photo.
4.Construct a focal-point gathering.By combining my title, journaling, and a handful of photos into one unified grouping.You will create a main area that wanders the eye. Give it more prominence by placing it toward the top of a layout .You might be thinking that your focal shots have to be the most stellar of the bunch but they don’t.We encourage you to use the ones that tell your son’s soccer game story the best.
5.Try my quick tips; I don’t mat every photo.If a photo has a non-distracting surroundings and strong colors, I let it stand on it’s own.I seldom scrap a two-page layout.This makes us want to choose only our best photos.If your don’t have computer knowledge, use your own handwriting for journaling.When taking my pictures, I try to fill the frame and eliminate what I don’t need.Some of our photos need to be trimmed out so cluttered items don’t show in the background.If you don’t want to spend much time, we have completed pages you could insert in your scrapbook layout and just add the new vacation pictures. It can be just that simple.
6.To finish, to save time from mistakes, trying laying all of the elements of your scrapbook design on the page before gluing.This will not only save time in the long run from major mistakes but will allow you to add a small number of finishing touches where you might not have thought of before and also give you the chance to adjust minor positioning of you pictures or stickers. Do you have more then 1 child your scrapbooking for, and or making a Disney scrapbook?Make life effortless on yourself and just do the same scrapbook layout for each child.The second layout should go much faster and your have a creator sense of triumph.
7. Remember, the goal is to tell a story and capture the moment. Your suppose to have fun scrapbooking and not worrying about making it perfect.Every scrapbooker has his own approach and sense of design.Let yourself to enjoy it and have fun creating.
