Scrapbooking question?
So I'm thinking of holding my first "harvest" in the local community center here on base (I am a military wife), and wondered how long the event should be. I want it long enough to finish at least one design and perhaps also scrapping a couple games.But not want it to be so long that they are there all day, because I know it will appeal to many military wives from time to husband and family can sometimes be difficult to achieve. I was thinking maybe like 2-3 hours, do you think would be a sufficient period of time?
Two hours sounds like enough time to finish a game design and play, but be sure to give each one a detailed list of what to bring. when most people hear that there is a harvest, tend to bring too many things to work. I can not remember where I saw it, but it is a great game that gives a finished page when finished: everyone have a piece of paper to be the bottom of the page and write their name on the back. hand page the person on the left. the next person puts a block paper on the page, move to the left. next person adds another block of paper and move to the left. next person adds a block daily. movement. following add embellishments. movement. Next add a title or more ornaments. Finally, the site is back to the original person who then add photos and magazines. you can make this as detailed as you want. Happy scrappin!
